Design Tips for Foil (For Best Results)

• Use vector artwork for foil elements whenever possible.

• Keep foil details bold and simple—thin lines and very small text may not stamp cleanly.

• Leave enough spacing around foil areas to avoid crowding or overlap.

• Foil works best on logos, names, icons, borders, and headline text.

• Foil is an accent, not ink—it won’t create gradients or photo-like details.

Note: The same foil colour must be used on both sides if you choose foil on the front and back.

• Page 1: Regular print artwork (CMYK)

• Page 2: Foil artwork only

• Page 3: Back side regular print artwork (CMYK)

All foil elements must be vector objects set to 100% K (Black) only (no CMYK mixes, no gradients).

If you selected foil on both sides, include additional pages:

• Page 4: Back side foil artwork only (100% K vectors)
